Leatherette Storage Box Details: 

Black Leatherette Chess Set Storage Box Coffer for up to 15" Chessboard and Slots for Chess Pieces up to 3.0". Comes with a suitcase-style handle to carry and is also fitted with a lock for safe upkeep. The box has been lined with beige velvet to protect the pieces from scratching. The outer dimensions of the box are 16" (40 cm) x 16" (40 cm) x 3.5" / (9 cm). The sale is for an empty storage box only and the chess pieces are NOT INCLUDED in the sale. There are two trays in the box. The upper tray side can hold a chessboard for up to 15 inches. The lower tray is fixed inside the box. There is provision to put 18 pieces in either tray as most of the high-end sets come with extra queens. The weight of the storage box is 3000 grams (105.82 oz).

Note: When matching this box to the chess pieces, the size must be considered.
